Steven has been involved in a senior management role in a broad range of projects spanning commercial developments, education, health care, aged care facilities and local government developments. Experience with Cooper & Oxley Builders (16 years), Boral Contracting (1 year and HVAC Construction (2 years)
As Director, Steven is responsible for the operational performance of all construction projects in Western Australia including all time, cost and quality aspects. He is the senior client contact, maintaining open communications regarding progress and issues affecting each project undertaken by the company.

Robert has a breadth of experience in projects in regional and remote works within Western Australia and Queensland, particularly in Indigenous communities and other sensitive locations. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Ron Gall has extensive experience across all facets of
construction administration is Western Australia with projects ranging from small education additions to large scale commercial developments. Ron brings a wealth of experience in contract management, programming, and subcontract administration.
As a Project Manager Ron is responsible for the successful delivery of the construction project in accordance with design, time restraints, costs, quality, environmental and safety requirements while also maintaining and nurturing client relationships promoting opportunities for future work. Ron also supervises and mentors contracts administration staff whilst overseeing the procurement and administrative processes, with a commitment to delivering the project from inception to completion within the project budget and timeframe whilst ensuring that all potential risks are identified
