Ron Gall has extensive experience across all facets of construction administration is Western Australia with projects ranging from small education additions to large scale commercial developments. Ron brings a wealth of experience in contract management, programming, and subcontract administration.
As Construction Manager Ron is responsible for the successful delivery of the construction project in accordance with design, time restraints, costs, quality, environmental and safety requirements while also maintaining and nurturing client relationships promoting opportunities for future work. Ron also supervises and mentors our site supervision staff whilst overseeing the procurement and OSHE processes, with a commitment to delivering the project from inception to completion within the project budget and timeframe whilst ensuring that all potential risks are identified and resolved.
