Project Summary

Rivett Construction were award four consecutive stages at Salvado Catholic College Byford maintaining a consistent team and sold relationship with the College and design team. The final two projects have expanded the school capacity and facilities towards being the premier K-12 school in the region.

Key Project features

• 13,500sqm oval and sport facilities.

• 2 off teaching blocks with an addition 2290sqm of teaching space and staff/student areas (16off GPLAs).

• Specialised teaching block for Catering and Hospitality training.

• Alterations buildings  to create additional VET teaching spaces.

• Extensive landscaping and civil works.

• New Courtyard areas.

• Building within an operational school environment;

• After-hours shutdown & changeovers to ensure continued amenity for the client;
