As Director, Steven is responsible for the operational performance of all construction projects in Western Australia including all time, cost and quality aspects. He is the senior client contact, maintaining open communications regarding progress and issues affecting each project under taken by the company.
His strong leadership applied to highly complex, landmark schemes has been founded on his diverse knowledge of building standards, regulations, procurement issues, commercial drivers and best practice coupled with a key understanding of all stakeholder requirements.
An enthusiastic, creative and strong lateral thinker, Steven is a highly-valued member of Rivett Construction and his experience in metropolitan, regional and remote projects gives any client comfort that he will deliver your project on time on to budget.
Robert has over 24 years of experience in a Construction Management role delivering numerous diverse multi-million dollar projects across multiple sectors including retail and commercial premises, civic, educational facilities, correctional facilities, hospitals and residential aged care developments.
Robert is a highly-valued member of Rivett Construction having worked with the Company for over 4 years. His vast experience and extensive knowledge of the construction process is founded on his strong work ethic and reputation gained with clients and project teams. His proven management skills and passionate commitment to each project have been pivotal to achieving agreed quality and programme outcomes and gaining the trust and confidence of all clients and stakeholders.
A senior member of the Rivett Construction project team, Robert is an excellent communicator, provides advice and support to our site based teams and always leads by example with his hands-on approach to project delivery.
